The Woolston Club has 10 different function spaces available for private hire. Rooms can be booked for any special event, from birthday parties to conferences. SPORTS BAR & OUTDOOR AREA
Suitable for groups up to 400
This room is great for formal dinners and dances, with a huge dancefloor and stage. There is also a built in projector and large screen for presentation purposes.
With direct access to two grass tennis courts, a petanque and quoits pitch, it’s also perfect for summer entertaining!
KELLAWAY BAR WITH GARDEN AREA
Suitable for groups up to 150
Recently renovated in 2015, this modern room is light and has direct access to the gardens through sliding doors. The room has a dance floor, separate bar, six flat screen TV’s, a built in sound system and presentation facilities.
TOP WEST
Suitable for groups up to 150
The Top West is a large space with a great dance floor and its own bar.
COMMUNITY & SPORTS PAVILION
Suitable for groups up to 40
Our Sports Pavilion is a brand new building, finished in 2015. Overlooking Garrick Park, the community room is perfect for gatherings and meetings.
BOWLING CLUB
Suitable for groups up to 300
The Bowling Club is a separate building to the club itself. It is a completely self-contained function area with a large dance floor space, staging area and its own kitchen facilities.
WHITFORDS RESTAURANT
Suitable for groups up to 100
This is a newly renovated area in 2015 on the ground floor, with an outdoor area overlooking Garrick Park. Available for breakfasts, lunches & afternoon bookings.
MEETING ROOM

An ideal room to host a business or personal meeting.
SNUG LOUNGE
Suitable for groups up to 20
On the ground floor and adjoined to the main Whitford’s Bar, this corner lounge area has a pool table and flat screen TV. Suitable for small informal meetings and get-togethers.
MEZZANINE
Suitable for groups up to 70
Overlooking Whitford’s Bar on the 1st floor, the mezzanine has 5 competition pool tables, a flat screen TV with Sky, and an easily accessible bar.
